Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on orders above ₹499. A nominal delivery charge applies below that.
Are your spices 100% pure with no additives?
Absolutely. Every Aromiqe product is single-ingredient — no fillers, no artificial colour, no preservatives. What’s on the label is all that’s in the pack.
Where are your spices sourced from?
Our cumin seeds are sourced directly from Gujarat’s Unjha region — Asia’s largest spice trading hub — ensuring authentic flavour and superior quality.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our spices have a shelf life of 12–18 months from the date of packaging when stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Are your products FSSAI certified?
Yes, all Aromiqe products are FSSAI licensed and comply with Indian food safety standards.
How do I contact Aromiqe to cancel my order
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re sorry if that happens! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
